Refund policy

Refund Policy

1. Overview

We aim to comply fully with UK consumer law while operating a fair and sustainable business. Refunds are provided only where legally required. Outside of those circumstances, all sales are final.

2. Change of Mind

We are not obligated to offer refunds for change of mind.

Where applicable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may have a 14-day cooling-off period for certain online purchases. This right:

  • Applies only to eligible consumers

  • Begins the day after goods are received or a service contract is entered into

  • Does not apply to excluded items (see Section 5)

If a valid cancellation request is made within this period, the customer must:

  • Notify us in writing

  • Return goods unused and in original condition

  • Cover the cost of return shipping

Refunds will be issued after inspection and may be reduced if the item shows signs of use or damage.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a remedy only if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Where a fault is confirmed:

  • We may offer a repair or replacement first

  • A refund will be issued only if repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate

We reserve the right to inspect and verify any reported fault before issuing a refund.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults.

4. Services

Once a service has begun, no refunds will be issued unless the service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

If a customer requests a service to begin during the 14-day cooling-off period, they waive their right to cancel once the service has started.

5. Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed items that have been opened for hygiene or health reasons

  • Services that have already started or been completed

These exclusions are permitted under UK law.

6. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in resaleable condition

  • Include original packaging and accessories

  • Be returned within the timeframe we specify

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in an unacceptable condition.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods, or

  • Receiving evidence of return

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

8. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or future service to customers who:

  • Repeatedly request refunds without valid legal grounds

  • Attempt to abuse consumer protection laws

  • Act fraudulently or in bad faith
